Training Camp
This is our group training format that we are so excited about!  The class sizes are limited so there is more one on one attention and guidance from your trainer.  We will do it all - improve strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance and increase flexibility.

All Access Membership:  $299/Month - Includes 3 Training Camp sessions per week plus unlimited Group Fitness classes. Also all videos filmed from live classes.

Single Session:  $45
Group Fitness
 Our programming has been created with your weekly schedule in mind.  Just show up and with the variety of formats we have put together, you will feel and see the difference in record time!

Group Fitness Membership 
(Excludes Training Camp):  Includes all group fitness classes and weekly video workouts filmed from live classes $89/mo 

Single Class:  $25
Personal Training

We offer personal training designed just for your needs.  We specialize in improving lean body mass while reducing body fat.  Our trainers are experienced and knowledgable.  Contact us to book any of the following:

 

​One-on-one training:  $70 per session

Semi-private training: $45ea, up to 4 people
