Erica Leeling
Fitness Instructor / Trainer
Erica has over 30 years of experience teaching group fitness and training clients. Erica strives to motivate others to WANT to work out! She holds 15+ industry certifications - through her base of knowledge and love of fitness she hopes to inspire others to maximize their potential and take their fitness to a place they might not have thought possible. Erica believes that getting fit isn't complicated. It's about finding the right teacher(s) and being consistent. Working out CAN be FUN!!
Michelle Sierra
Fitness Instructor
Michelle is a Physical Therapist and Owner of Dynamic Physical Therapy. As a mother of 4, including twins, Michelle committed to Erica and Body Combat to get back in shape....10 years later and after a battle with breast cancer, Body Combat and Luna Fitness were the focus and fun needed to get through it. Michelle hopes to inspire others to invest in themselves to have fun with fitness to feel good, mentally, physically, and emotionally. "Work it now while you can...it truly is an investment in your health, wellness and future!"
Morgan Ducorbier
Fitness Instructor
Morgan has an athletic background, with over 10 years on the soccer field. She took her love for sports to the gym and became a certified personal trainer. Her main focus is strength training. She believes working out is so important because it strengthens your physical as well as your mental. Morgan strives to bring you exciting and challenging workouts that leave you feeling stronger and more capable to walk through every part of life.
Amanda Estapa

Health and fitness have been an integral part of Amanda’s life for many years. She’s a firm believer in lifelong learning and empowering others with the knowledge to succeed. Her passion is group fitness and motivating others in a fun environment, while emphasizing self care is not selfish. She believes consistency is the key, and before you know it it’s your lifestyle! Amanda is certified in Les Mills BODYBALANCE AND BODYPUMP.
Angi Plaisance
Fitness Instructor
Angi stepped into a Les Mills BODYPUMP class in 1998 and fell in love! After being being an active participant, she got certified in 2002. She’s been sharing her love of the program ever since. Twenty years and she still feels JOY as soon as the music starts. Angi believes that finding your JOY in fitness,no matter what form, is key to making it a lifestyle change!
Denise Quigley
Yoga Instructor
Denise is focused on aging gracefully, adjusting and retooling when necessary to keep moving. As a former marathoner with 18 marathons under her belt, losing her ability to run due to injury was devastating, but she found a new love in yoga. Now practicing for 12 years with workshops in Chaing Mai, Thailand and 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Moksha Yoga Amazonica in Peru, Denise has embraced full mind and body practice in her classes, offering strength, balance, flexibility and head space.
Leslie Ballard
Registered Dietitian
Leslie Ballard is a registered dietitian, board certified in Sports Nutrition and currently the nutritionist forSoutheastern Athletics.
She has experience as a personal trainer and currently teaches nutrition to future dietitians. She holds a BS in dietetics, a Masters degree in health promotion, and is currently working toward a certification in functional medicine from the Institute of Functional Medicine.
